Tiana B. Blue Dress

This dress has only been worn 2 times - hand washed and hung to dry. It has cap sleeves, it is lined. It does have a Chevron pattern to it. Comes from a smoke and pet free home. Please ask any and all questions prior to purchasing. In the video I show you where it might appear to be snagged, however it is not it is the way the stitching is with the type of material, I never noticed it until I took pictures to sell it.
