Black sleeveless, elastic waist, belt loops and tie belt. Pockets on each side, two pleats in the middle, wide leg full length, not cropped. The bodice is v-neck panels that criss cross and are stitched down at the waist, open above. Pit to pit is 19 ", elastic waist is 14", but stretches up to 16", inseam is 28", length is 53" shoulder to hem. I think this is a sample piece, there's no pricing or size on the tag, and also no inside tags for washing and material. I would go by the measurements, which I believe are about small maybe a small medium. It's lightweight and very stretchy, feels like polyester to me. The shoulders have a string rushing that you can loosen up for a wider shoulder or make smaller. I've shown some pictures of it both ways. Very versatile, you could take off the tie and put on a colored belt, wear long sleeves underneath it, dress it up or down. I will list this as small. No visible flaws.
