Tiana B black embellished holiday dress

A simple black dress with party flair! The pull-on dress has black plastic beads encircled with silver stitching at the 3/4 length sleeves and hem. I removed the tag from the inner side seam of the dress so I’m not sure of the fabric. It’s probably a light weight polyester blend with some stretch to it. The dress is shown on a mannequin with these measurements: bust 34”, waist 27”, hips 35”. The sleeve length is 18” ant the dress length from shoulder to hem is approximately 32”. The hem is 21” across. This part of the dress will not stretch due to the beading. Make an offer!
