Tibi Black & White beaded dress

Tibi sheath dress. White silk top with beaded bottom. Please note the silk top has a tiny hole from wearing a pin in it. White is slightly discolored form storage and has a contrasted line at chest. I am not sure if this can be cleaned as i have not tried, but it is from sun/storage. Please note photos for color and wear on top. Bottom in great condition. Open back with clip at top neck. 91% Cotton, 9% Polyamide with 100% Silk contrast. Lined.
