Tibi Dress with V-Neck

Sleeveless Tibi dress is made of 100% silk and is pink and black in color. From shoulder to hem this dress is 34 inches. This dress is great for spring or summer weddings, or a semi-formal dance. The dress has discoloration on the front skirt caused by a spilled drink, and has a few worn spots on the straps. Issues are shown in close-up pictures.
