Tibi Dress/cover-up

Adorable bright flattering dress by Tibi. Just back from dry cleaners and ready to wear ( if your area has gotten warm yet!). Made of viscose and silk. I wore as a dress but would be great for pool or beach too. Has built in bra that provides lining and a little support. It is a small and fits true to size.
