Tibi Georgette’s runway short drawstring dress like new! Worn only once

This gorgeous Tibi Georgette’s runway dress is like new! The size tag is missing. It is a size small, I provide photos of both pit to pit and shoulder to hem measures. This is a very loose fit. Pit to pit almost 23” without stretching the gathering. I’m usually a size M. selling both M and S (listed separately). The M belong to my sister. We bought them together in the same year for an event.
