Tibi Mini Skirt with texture detail (Couture quality and NEW never worn)

Very well made black mini skirt with exquisite floral detailing. Brand new never worn (it was too short for me for the occasion I bought it for). Very edgy look but the texturized detail gives it a feminine touch! It would be very cute dressed down too! The quality is really great. Tibi is a great brand but this skirt is especially well made and looks like haut couture. Photos don’t do it justice but I’ll try to update asap!
