Tibi New York 3/4 sleeve dress Large floral pattern Muted white, pink, green, blue, and orange colors with bits of hot pink One very small spot on the right shoulder, shown in photos Purchased from Neiman Marcus Could fit up to a size 4 in my opinion. My mannequin is a size 6 and it just barley fit on there. THIS IS JUST MY OPINION 😊
