Tibi New York Sheer Peasant Style L/S Blouse, size Small

Has rectangle trim on both sleeves, trim and smocking at neckline. Smocking at wrist on sleeves. Three button closure at back neck. Size tag is not seen but I believe it is a size small. Very sheer. White covering of mannequin shows through in the pictures. Measurements lying flat are: Chest about 17" without stretching out the gathers. When pulled, it is more like 20 or even 21" Length from top button on neck to bottom of hem is about 35"
