Tibi Pencil Skirt with Raised Pattern

Stylish and unique Tibi pencil skirt. This skirt has a beautiful raised pattern, back vent, and zips in the back. I am not sure what material it is made out of as I cannot find an inner tag. It is very soft though, and I believe the liner is cotton.
