Tibi Skirt, Green and Black Size 8 (runs smaller)

Knee Length skirt by Tibi with pretty green paisley like design as overlay. Underneath lined with shorter black poly, as shown in photo. Size 8, but seemed to run a bit small. Slight damage on the leather waist trim from clothing hanger, ( see photo) and some wear and tear on the lower right side of the skirt (see photo). Noticeable if you're looking for it because otherwise blends in fairly well. Gorgeous green color.
