Tibi Strapless Cocktail Dress

Tibi Size 6 - note: (I’m 5’3”, 32D, and curvy) I’ve varied in weight and it has fit me from when I was a size 6 to when I was a size 2. Color: Blue The inside strap helps keep everything in so you can jump up and down on the dance floor with confidence. I’ve worn this dress twice—once for a wedding and another for a benefit. It is very gently worn. There is a rouched hem at the bottom creating a bubble-like look. The hem falls approx. 5” above the knee.
