Tibi cap sleeve patterned crepe cocktail dress

Tibi crepe cap sleeve cocktail dress. Very lightweight great breathable fabric for summer, or wear with tights and a cardigan for winter. Looks great with a blazer at work. Very figure flattering. Runs a bit small though; more like a small 8 or large 6. Never wrinkles. Great dress to throw in your suitcase for traveling. Mint condition. I'm sad to see this one go but I'm not as thin as I used to be! :)
