Tie Belt Ruffle V Neck Dress

This is somewhere between a midi and mini length dress. It’s not too short and definitely appropriate without being too long either! Super cute ruffle detail around the v neck. The tie belt is not attached so the dress can be worn with or without. It has a built in stretchy, cinched waist so it will give you shape with or without the belt. Very lightweight material!
