Tie Die Maxi Dress

**read about sizing** I got this in Hawaii and didn’t try it on and unfortunately it is too big up top. Straps are adjustable and I have them on the tightest, for reference I am 5’2, 115 so length is fine but too much fabric up top to have a slip! I typically wear xs/s and I would say this is better for m/l although it says on size. You could wear a bandeau under if wanted
