Tie Dye Bathing Suit Cover Up

Tie dye neural print with adjustable tie around waist, flutter sleeves. For reference I am 5’5” and the dress hits my upper thigh, so it is a little shorter. Super comfortable and flowy :) worn only a few times, like-new condition. Tag says size medium but would best fit a size XS or S.
