Tie Dye Dress Size Medium NWOT

New dress which has a attached bra with a partially open back, buttons on top with one button and loop. Colors of grey, royal blue, white and black with varying shades in between. It’s got 6% spandex & 94% polyester. It’s body con on top and has some swirl on skirt area. Length is 36” from top of shoulder to hem. Pit to pit is about 17” but is stretchy and with bra it’s difficult to measure. In my opinion it’ll fit a B or C cup size but that also depends on the chest measurement of person. I’m a DD and it was too small for me.
