Tie Dye Tunic or short dress

Really unusual piece from Pookie and Sebastian. It's a pretty green color and can be worn as a tunic with jeans or as a short dress. It falls mid thigh on me (I'm 5.4). It is very soft material. Only worn once - in great condition.
