Tie Neck Button Detail Blouse

Navy blouse with 3/4 sleeves, neck tie detail with buttons down the back. Smocking at back hemline for comfortable fit. Fabric is light and looks slightly sheer, however I have never had issues with anything showing through wearing a nude bra. Size S—please note this brand runs slightly large, but has fit nicely within my fluctuations between S and M.
