Tie Neck Work or Cocktail Dress

Tie neck dress with spaghetti strap slip on top half which is sheer fabric. Bottom is a stretchy black skirt that comes kid-thigh and is 75% polyester, 21% rayon, 4% spandex. Good condition - one of the straps is starting to tear (see pic) but could easily be sewn or replaced by another black tank. Perfect dress to take from day to night. It looks classy but has a very sexy fit and shape.
