Tie Rack Black Purple Burn Out Velvet Roses Scarf

For sale is a gorgeous womens vintage burn out velvet scarf with a floral design which looks like it may be roses on it. The colors of the scarf are a black sheer background, and a purpley color for the flowers. The scarf measures approximately 9.5 inches across, and 53 inches long, including the fringe. The fiber content from the tag is 40% silk and 60% rayon. This scarf has not been worn.
