Tie Waist Ruffle Hem Floral Dress

This dress is a vibrant orange color, sleeveless, has a zipper on the side, buttons and string in front are just for decoration not operational, adjustable straps, v neck, 3 hems throughout the dress, decently long*, very lightweight and comfortable. Perfect for summertime. *For length reference, I'm 5'1" and when I wear it without shoes, it drags on the floor a tiny bit. I've only worn it once and it's very pretty, I just don't like the hems and the length since I'm so short. It's in perfect condition and clean, no flaws.
