Bought this at Anthropologie years ago. It’s a Ric Rac blouse. Super flattering tie that hits just above the waist/below the chest — you can tie it as tight or loose as you’d like. Lace trim around edges on chest. Some light wear as shown in pics but a good dry clean would probably do wonders. Last pic shows very faint pinkish stain near left arm hole. Bundle to save! I have tons of high end clothing and beauty products (new and unused).
