Tie die crop hoodie. Size medium

I ordered this off of Etsy and it just does not work for me. It is too short on my torso. I believe for a unisex hoodie sized medium it runs small. The artist washed/dryed it prior to tie die. I have not even worn it but it arrived to me with some pilling from the tie die and wash I assume. The bottom is just cut off. Please view photos as you can see where it has a cut/frayed looked at the bottom.
