Tie dye dress (brand: so low)

Bought at a local store for 80 dollars! Very high quality and a great halter dress to have. The halter top is a tie-back, so you can make it a low cut or high cut dress! Selling for 23 but will accept offers and negotiate! Feel free to ask questions :) NOT BRANDY. LISTED AS BRANDY FOR EXPOSURE!!
