I bought this dress in Santa Teresa Beach, Costa Rica, at a local boutique. worn once. it has a beautiful blue tie dye pattern, ruffle detail on the collar line and bottom, and wraps around the waist you can tie in back or front. No flaws. 100% rayon. Size small/medium. This is one of a kind you won't find it anywhere else!
