Tie dye flowy dress

Sheer-ish dress with black wrap waste tie. Sleeves are flow and wing like. This dress is an awesome swimsuit cover up or wear a little slip under it and dress it up for a night out, or just throw on some flip flops and ya look boho chic. I love the colors and I'm sad to see it go, but it's time to clean out the closet.
