@thetipsydaisy the waistband measures 14.5inches flat, but is elastic and does have some give to it. Hope this helps!

Is this a junior size? I normally wear a 14. Do you think it would fit me?

@rkoliver8367 I think it’s considered juniors size since it’s from Forever 21. I measured it beige and laying flat it is 14.5 at the waistband, but does have some stretch to it. I usually wear a size 10 in jeans and it fits me.
