Blue and white tie dye maxi skirt with a stretchy band for waist that can be folded over or left up. Waist measures 24 inches but it’s a stretchy band and can stretch out to 28 inches. Length is 42 inches from top to bottom hem. But there is a 4 inch band you can fold over if needed. And you can really pull it higher and lower on your waist for your comfy and style. So soft, flowy and a comfortable material. Bought at a boutique on vacation and worn a few times. Still in excellent condition.
