@cynthiadaves Hi Cynthia! The waist band is elastic and the chest area is open like a wrap around top. As far as the fabric it is not stretchy. What size would you like the measurements for?

@cynthiadaves Hi! Sorry for the long response. The waist measurement for the Large is 11". Keep in mind the waist band is elastic and the chest area is plunged and is similar to a wrap shirt. Hope I helped!
