Tie dye ruffle shorts

These fit too tightly on me and run small for a Medium. I believe they might be junior sizing, but not 100% sure. Rayon material, sweet ruffles with neon pink/orange tassels. Vertical pattern, which slims and elongates you. Hello legs! Love the look and wish they fit!
