deonna82 @dawnc88 it is a breathable mesh-like material with a liner underneath. It has an elasticized neckline that has a tie in the front, but it does have a scoop. It does fit as an extra large. When I was a size 16/18 it was a little big but fit nicely. I hope this helps.
