Tie front top, size medium

Tie front top purchased from a boutique (can’t remember the name). Size medium, stitching is navy blue. A few loose threads due to material but I have never work this so it’s in excellent condition. Would be so cute dressed up for a night out or dressed down with jeans and boots.
