Tie in the front powder blue blouse

This too has a beautiful flow and is ultra comfortable. The tie in the front makes it super trendy and the pretty powder blue is great for all skin tones. I purchased this with the last button band missing (as seen in the first picture). The tie does a good job at covering it up though so it was never an issue for me.
