Tie waist blouse

Gently used, only worn once. Fabric is a light crepe material. Color is a solid creamy white with a black brushstroke pattern all over. Waist cinches in with strong elastic and ties at front. Sleeves are 3/4 length with elastic bands at cuffs. Fits best on size 20 (size is 22 but runs smaller).
