Tie-back Blouse

Never worn! Still has tags on it. This blouse is beautiful. It is black with small pink and white flowers all over. It has sheer sleeves and light weight material. The top is lined except on sleeves. The back goes down in a v shape and has a bow that ties. The ends of tbe bow are longer so they drape down the back a little below the waist. The material has clip dots all over, as well. The hem hits at the top of mid-rise pants.
