Tie-belt polka dot dress

“Short dress in woven Cotten fabric. Round neckline and low-cut opening at front with concealed hook-and-eye fastener and button at neck. Gently dropped shoulders, long, wide sleeves, and narrow cuffs with buttons. Seam at waist with a long tie belt and flared, billowing skirt.” Get in on the polka dot micro trend this year! I absolutely love this dress but it’s a little short for what I like and just haven’t gotten much use from it. Worn maybe 4 times. Has hook and eye closure, button at the top and sleeves and still has the belt loops attached.
