kiara_moreno @jules2144 Laying flat, the waist measurement is 10 inches. Since there is an elastic band within the material at the waist, it stretches more than double the length. The length of the skirt from the top of the waist band to the bottom seam is 38 inches. Unfortunately, this skirt did not come with any tags so I'm unsure of the material. The fabric itself is not stretchy, but it is lightweight. 🌸 if you have any other questions, please just let me know! Hope this helps :)
