this top is adorable. with the eyelet design. tie dye and the puffy sleeves. would go perfect with a pair of high rise jeans or a cute denim skirt. 100% cotton. kids only brand however this shirt is a womans/jrs size. measurements just under bust 29" Length 11.5"
