Tie-dyed & floral on swing tunic/mini M

Tie-dye background with floral print and hand sewn sequins and embroidery. Looks like a tunic that was made in India. Light weight, swing style and flowy. You can see the picture of the wind blowing the material. I am suggesting this is a tunic but someone might choose to wear it as a mini dress. It is unsized but I marked it as a M. Check the measurements please.
