Tiel top

This top is teal with lots of embroidery on it. It goes across the front and then on the top of the short sleeves. I call it a cut v-neck. It's a 3X, from shoulder to shoulder 17", from shoulder to hem 28", across hem from side to side 28". The brand is Faded Glory, it's a cute top.
