lilion132 @maceewardean thanks for your question! They are relatively flush with the sole of the shoe. I wore these shoes while instructing and they were really great for transitioning from the bike to a workout; however, I wouldn’t recommend wearing out for errands, HIIT workouts, etc. The cleats can be removed, as well.
