Tierd mini dress or blouse

Bought second hand on a trip to New York! Selling only bc it doesn’t fit anymore 💔 I would wear it over pants, but could work as a mini dress too! 100% cotton. Has second layer so it is not see through. Measurements Ptp: 17” Length: around 30”
