Tiered A-line turquoise fully lined skirt

This is a beautiful, multi-tiered, a-line flowy turquoise ombre skirt. I only wore it twice. It is fully lined. It says one size fits most, but I would definitely say it's a small. Waist measures approx 12.5 in. unstretched. Length is approx 26 in. (midi length). Beautiful color!
