Tiered Chambray Ruffle Dress by Kanya

Tiered chambray ruffles with lace cross over detailing at neck and between ruffle tiers. Adjustable straps and fully lined. Dress is in perfect condition, but the lining has a weird phenomenon where it has a tie-dye appearance and the fabric has completely dissolved in places. I have no idea what happened. Would still be super cute with tights, boots and a cardigan. 100% Cotton. Girls size 10 by Kanya from Garnet Hill Kids. Made in india.
