100% cotton tiered skirt with elastic in back of waist. Tag says M but fits more like L/XL based on waist measurements, so listing as such. Waist can stretch from 17-22” lying flat. Elastic is still flexible in back so sizing disparity isn’t due to worn elastic. Lined with polyester to combat slight sheerness of fabric. In excellent used condition, too big for me.
