Tiered Floral Top Size 18/20

This top has a stylish v-neck in the front and the back. The size is 18-20 or a 2X. This is super flattering and falls away from the body like an A-Line (hard to see from the picture) super cute with shorts or capris for summer! Worn twice. (I ordered two by accident and am keeping the other!). Perfect for the fourth!!
