Tiered Halter Maxi Dress

This beautiful tiered maxi dress comes with an empire waist and lovely chiffon fabric with cascading ruffles and a liner that provides a lot of stretch. I wear an S, but the stretch can probably make it suitable for someone a size larger or smaller as well. I am 5'3" and the length is perfect, coming up to my ankles about 2" off the ground. This was a gift from Europe but I haven't gotten a chance to wear it and am still thinking of keeping it, which is why I'm hesitant​ to lower the price.
