Tiered Pleated Midi Dress XS NWT

Perfect holiday dress. Emerald green tiered midi dress. New never worn. Decided to go with the red instead. Xs. Zipper back. Adjustable straps. Bust across = 14” length from top of bust (not with straps) = 43”. I am 5’1” so do not mistaken the length of the dress as maxi unless you are petite like me.
